Beethoven’s fateful 5th Symphony – with its famous V for Victory motif and astonishing power provides a suitably triumphant finale to the second concert of the Beethoven Festival. Before that, the Orchestra treats us to the sparkling Symphony No. 1 and explores the sublime serenity of the 4th Piano Concerto.

Pre-concert Recital, 7pm
