Natalia Lomeiko is Concertmaster of the Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra. Hailed by Lord Menuhin as 'one of the most brilliant of our younger violinists', Natalia has established herself as an internationally-renowned violinist and as a Professor at the Royal College of Music. Having won numerous awards in the Tchaikovsky, Menuhin and Stradivari competitions, in 2000 she won the Michael Hill International Violin Competition and became gold medallist of Premio Paganini. Natalia will give a masterclass to Oxford students at the Faculty of Music on Wednesday 6 March, before leading the Oxford Philharmonic in a concert the same evening at the Sheldonian.
