RIMSKY-KORSAKOV Sheherazade, Op. 35

Tasmin Little - violin Marios Papadopoulos - conductor

Tasmin Little – amongst the most celebrated violinists of her generation – joins the Philomusica in what is probably the most popular concerto of all time. Rimsky-Korsakov’s colourful portrayal of the beguiling Scheherazade – a justly famous orchestral showcase, custom-made for the Philomusica’s virtuoso players – will bring the concert to an exhilarating close.
