APPLICATION FORMS To apply to be a Festival participant or observer or to take part in the Leid Class or Young Pianists classes visit the application forms page

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 
Participants: We welcome applications from advanced piano students of all ages and nationalities. Degree of participation is dependent upon assessment.

Observers: Open to all.

Young Pianists: Open to young students with ABRSM Grade 5 or above (or equivalent) at merit or distinction level.

Lied Class: We welcome applications from advanced voice students. Please provide your own accompanist.

Participant Festival Pass (28 July – 6 August) £485 (under 18 £460)
Observer Festival Pass (28 July – 6 August) £275 (under 18 £250), 7 Day Option £225
Standard single accommodation £540, 7 Day Option £430
En suite single accommodation £685, 7 Day Option £540
Standard twin accommodation £490, 7 Day Option £390
En suite twin accommodation £600, 7 Day Option £475
Lied class £75
Young Pianists class £50
Observers’ private tuition on 28 July £75

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All participants and observers must pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 (participants upon acceptance, observers upon application). No deposit is required for Young Pianists and Lied Class participants.

Participants and observers who cancel their attendance at the Festival before 5 July will receive a refund of all but their deposit. Those who cancel after this date will not receive a refund.

Payment for Observers and Participants: Full payment must be received no later than 5 July.
Payment for Young Pianists and Lied Class Participants: Full non-refundable payment is due upon acceptance but must be received no later than 5 July.

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are available to participants in need of financial assistance. When applying, please state on the application form that you would like to be considered for a scholarship.

Festival Pass Discount for Returning Students: There is a special discount of £25 for adults who attended as full-time participants or observers in the past. Please tick the appropriate box on the form.
